CEEGEX Ltd. informs the Members about the change of Terms and conditions of use of CEEGEX Ltd.'s website from 1 August 2023.
The amendment of the terms and conditions of the website clarifies that an index created or price calculated by CEEGEX Ltd. may be used freely and free of charge by anyone for internal calculations (not to be passed on or published) and for the settlement of contracts concluded outside of an organized or regulated market, in particular for the price determination of natural gas trading and supply contracts. CEEGEX encourages market participants to use the newly launched CEEREP index or the volume weighted average price in the bilateral contracts, especially towards consumers for the upcoming gas year.
