Membership admission
The applicant can only begin to trade on CEEGEX and register trades once it has been successfully admitted to the exchange.
Preconditions of the membership:
- Natural gas trading license or other license issued by MEKH (Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory) and other relevant authorities
- Network Usage Framework contract with FGSZ Ltd. (Hungarian Transmission System Operator)
- Clearing Membership Agreement with KELER CCP and opening account at one of the settlement banks and appropriate assurance on deposit account
- CEEGEX Trader Exam for all traders

Admission forms:
After fulfilling the preconditions the applicant shall send the completed admission forms and supporting documents either as originals to CEEGEX via post or electronically signed PDFs via email to the membership@hupx.hu:
- duly signed Membership Agreement in 2 originals (C01)
- duly signed identification form in original (D01)
- duly signed form about the authorized signatory form (D02)
- duly signed trader registration form (D03) as well as trader’s copy of ID
- duly signed trading account form in original (D04)
- duly signed tariff package selection form in original (D06)
- signed Data Handling Declaration form for each registered trader
Supporting documents:
- Company Registration Extract (issued within 60 calendar days)
- copy of Network Usage Framework contract with FGSZ Ltd.
- copy of relevant license issued by MEKH and other relevant authorities
- copy of VAT certification
- duly signed REMIT reporting agreement in 2 originals

Register for Test User with optional API functionality:
With the Test User with API functionality opportunity, the potential CEEGEX Member or any other party can request a User setup in the test environment of CEEGEX. This User will enable you to connect to the test Trading System of the CEEGEX Spot Market (Trayport GlobalVision or Trayport Joule) and perform the desired testing.
