On February 18, 2025, the first EKR auction of the year was successfully conducted with 88 members.

A total of 1,080,970.41 GJ of seller offers and 37,967.59 GJ of buyer offers were placed on the market. As a result, successful trading occurred for a quantity of 34,862.79 GJ.

During the trading, WhCs with a lifespan shorter than 5 years were sold at a price of 5450 HUF/GJ, WhCs with a lifespan of at least 5 years were sold at 3625 HUF/GJ, and residential and public housing WhCs were sold at 4845 HUF/GJ.
