FGSZ Földgázszállító Zrt. has purchased a 51% stake in CEEGEX Ltd, while the remaining 49% stake remains with the previously sole owner, MAVIR Zrt. The transaction was completed on December 17.

CEEGEX operates the organized gas market in Hungary, as well as the EKR, the certified energy savings market. The company's goal is to operate a liquid, regional gas market that provides safe and predictable solutions for its partners, in line with international practices. The transaction does not affect the operation of CEEGEX's markets; the company will continue to operate independently, ensuring uninterrupted and high-quality customer service.
