HUPX participated in the ACER’s public consultation concerning REMIT fees
HUPX has contributed to a public consultation for Energy market regulation – fees to be paid to European agency ACER.
As HUPX the Hungarian power exchange and its subsidiary CEEGEX, the Hungarian spot gas exchange, are Reporting Parties (RRMs - Registered Reporting Mechanisms) registered by ACER and HUPX being registered in the Transparency register it is important for us to provide useful market feedback and represent the interests of our members on this topic: „Commission Decision setting the fees due to ACER for tasks under REMIT”.
Since Hungarian Power and Gas Exchanges has an appreciated, leading place in the Central-Eastern-European region we believe in the importance of transparency and the participation in these kind of consultations.
